What does "pilot" mean?
Feature Card is in its first run. The designs, the pricing, how you pay and how cards are mailed are all set up for this pilot, and some of it may change as we learn from our first customers. Cards are made in small weekly batches and packed by hand.
Where do you ship?
Mostly within the United States for now. If you are outside the US, email me at hello@featurecard.co and I will see what I can do. It depends on where you are and the cost and logistics of getting a card there, so I cannot promise it, but I will not say no without looking.
How long does it take?
Plan on 3 to 6 weeks from the day your invoice is paid. Cards are printed in weekly batches, then inspected, packed by hand and mailed by USPS. We email you when your card goes to print and when it is mailed.
Do I get a tracking number?
Not during the pilot. Cards go out in a stamped USPS envelope without a tracking number, so we keep you updated by email instead. If your card has not arrived when it should have, email hello@featurecard.co and we will make it right.
How much does it cost?
Pilot pricing: $6.99 for a matte card, with US shipping included. A foil copy of the same card is $9.99 when you add it to your order, with shipping included. Prices are before tax, and any tax is added on your invoice.
How do I pay?
After you send your order details, we email you a digital preview of your card and an invoice together. Card payments on the invoice are processed by Stripe. Paying the invoice approves your design and sends your card to print.
